1.  I did not receive my Discovery Report in my email !   What should I do?
Please email us and provide the following information:  Your first and last name (as typed on the assessment form) and your code (if you still have it).  We will do our best to respond within 1 business day.  The main reasons for people not receiving their Discovery Report in email include email boxes that are full or email addresses that were misspelled.  If you have a hotmail or MSN email account, the problem is usually related to not having enough space in your email account which means that you will need to clear out enough space to receive a 600kB file.  Email support

2.  I can't open my Discovery Report at all, what should I do?

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read your Discovery Report. If you are not able to open and read your Discovery Report file, please get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking on the following link and following the installation instructions:

http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

If you are not sure how to download and install this program, here are a couple of suggestions

You can expect to see a warning message which is normal.  It will say something like "Some files can harm your computer ..."  That's ok.  The file that it is downloading should have a name like "AdbeRdr60_DLM_enu.exe" and be downloading from the location "ardownload.adobe.com".  If that is what you read, you can proceed without any concern.

If you are asked whether to "Open" or "Save" the file, we suggest that you select "Open."  Selecting "Open" will cause the installation program to download and begin installing automatically.  You will see that the installation program for Adobe Acrobat Reader is in progress.  When it asks you what to do, just click on the default options by selecting "Next" each time.  After the installation is complete, you should be able to open your Discovery Report.

3.  My Discovery Report won't print out properly, what can I do?

Some people have found that their Discovery Report prints the graphics fine, but the text does not print out correctly on their machine.   To print it out correctly, first open the Discovery Report.  Next, click on "File", then click on "Print", then click on the "Advanced" button, then select the"Print as Image" checkbox.  After that, you can click on the "OK" button, and then click on the next "OK" button.  Your report should print out fine.  If you still have trouble, then email us.  Email support
